All parties include 15 guests (children). $12 per additional guest. Birthday child is FREE! Siblings count towards guest total. Max 30 guests.

Birthday parties are available to be scheduled:
Saturday 1:00pm or 4:00pm | Sunday 1:00pm or 4:00pm

Empire DOES Provide:

  • Tables and chairs set up (As many as you need)
  • Fridge and freezer for food or drinks
  • And most importantly...FUN!

Empire does NOT Provide:

  • Food or drinks
  • Plates, cups, napkins or utensils
  • Cake
  • Decorations
  • Table cloths

Party attendants will:

  • Help set up/take down decorations in the lobby (if you bring any)
  • Clean up and sanitize before and after party
  • Handle all activity in the gym
  • Help pass out cake/food to guests

Birthday Party FAQ

1Are parents allowed in the gym during parties?

Parents may be in the gym but must stay to the side. ALL parents may NOT play on our equipment. This includes our bars, beams, bounce house, trampoline, foam pit, and ninja equipment.

If there is an emergency, our very attentive staff will immediately assess the situation and can bring your child to you.

2Do I need to make the payment now?
Yes, in order for you to reserve your party the full cost must be paid.
3What if I have to reschedule my party?
You can reschedule your party to another open party slot. You must communicate that to Empire within 2 weeks of your original party. Openings are first come first served.
4Who counts as a guest?
Children who are actively participating in the party.
5Do I need to pay for extra participants now?
No. We will count how many guests arrive at the party and then we will charge you as needed the following Monday.
6We have a one year old (or younger) sibling. Can they come to the party too?
Yes! We will let our staff know that there will be a little one at the party and they will set up a few mats in our preschool area that they can crawl around and play on. They will need a parent or adult supervising them while they are playing and we ask that they stay only in the preschool area. The little one will NOT be counted in the guest total.
7Do you have party invitations?
Yes! You can pick them up at our front office.
8How many attendants will be helping me?
3 party attendants are assigned to each party. You can request specific coaches or staff members but we cannot guarantee they will be able to work your party.
9What kind of food/drinks do you suggest we bring for the party?

Depending on the timeslot that you choose, just snack foods will work best. Good snack foods would be: fruit, pretzels, chips, cheetos, goldfish, and cheez-its. Pizza is also the easiest option if you are wanting to provide food other than snacks. Caprisuns, juice boxes, and water bottles are easiest for drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at our facility.

It is up to your discretion if you want to bring a cake or cupcakes. Our staff can cut the cake for you if you do not want to.

10Where would be the best place to order pizza that is close to your gym?

If getting pizza delivered to the gym, please have it delivered during your party’s hours.
