Masks are not required at this time but strongly encouraged. Please be cognizant of spacing while in the lobby. We have opened the lobby for parents to be able to come in and watch their children during class. However, we kindly ask that only one parent stay in the lobby at a time

If you or your child are experiencing any of the following symptoms please do not bring them to Empire:

  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Coughing
  • Sneezing
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Trouble breathing

Per the CDC guidelines:

If your child has been exposed and not vaccinated, they must quarantine and can be tested on day 5 from the date of exposure. They may return on day 8 given you have a negative test on day 5.

If your child is exposed and vaccinated then they do not have to be quarantined, but must wear a mask indoors and can be tested on days 3-5 from the date of exposure.

If your child has tested positive, they must isolate for 10 days from the start of symptoms or if asymptomatic, 10 days from the test date. They may return on day 11.

If you choose not to test your child, they will need to complete the full 14 day quarantine from the date of exposure or from the start of symptoms before returning to Empire.

If your child has tested positive in the past 90 days, then he/she does not have to quarantine nor test again after the initial quarantine is complete. They may return to class as scheduled without presenting a negative test result.

A COPY OF NEGATIVE TEST RESULTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR CHILD TO RETURN TO EMPIRE GYMNASTICS. AT HOME TESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. You must have test results from your doctor or DHEC approved testing location (ie. Med Care, CVS, Walgreens etc.)

It is your responsibility and do diligence to contact your child’s school and follow protocol to help slow the spread of this virus.

Our ASC policy allows for your child to return to ASC only when the school allows your child to return. Our ASC Directors also require documentation of a negative test.

We are continuing to diligently clean and disinfect all equipment in addition to fogging the gym each night.
